Discovery Guide

This guide gives basic details on searching the library collections using the Discovery tool

Saving records

By logging into Discovery, users can save records for future reference. These saved records can be viewed, deleted, exported, and labelled through the "My Favorites > Saved Records" page.

Saving an individual record

  1. perform a search

  2. select the Pin button UnpinnedIcon.png next to the item you want to save in the search results.

Note: You must sign in to save items for future sessions.

Saving records in bulk 

  1. select the check box that appears next to each item in the list
  2. or, select the checkbox that appears above the entire list to select all items on the page

  3. select the Pin button above the results list to save all selected items to My Favorites.

Removing records

To remove a saved record, select the Unpin button PinnedIcon.png next to the item in the search results or on the My Favorites > Saved Records tab.
