Selecting records

You can group specific records from multiple searches for easy printing or export to bibliographic tools.

1. To view your selected records, scroll to the top of the RPR page and click the “selected records” tab. The number in brackets reflects the total number of records you have currently selected. You can select up to 550 records during a session.

2. Tick the 'select all on page' checkbox to add all records on the page to your selected records.

3. you can also add individual records to your selected records list by ticking the checkbox to the left of the result, or from the top right-hand corner within the record's description screen.

Selected records will only be available to you during the current session.  They will be cleared if you:
  • Close your browser
  • Leave it inactive for more than 30 minutes
