Discovery - Personal device - No VPN - No citrix

You must follow these instructions if you are accessing a resource from Discovery and working offsite or from a personal device without a VPN or Citrix connection.

  1. Access Discovery, search for and select the Online Access link of the resource you’re after.
  2. You will be prompted to authenticate your session by signing into Office 365. Enter your login details into the sign-in window.

     
  3. After signing into Office 365, you will receive a multi-factor authentication sign-in request with the Microsoft Authenticator app linked to your staff account. Complete the MFA to continue. 

     
  4. You will now have access to the resource.
