ORCID Knowledge Base has help documentation, including troubleshooting guides and tutorials.
You can grant permission to one or more trusted individuals to update your ORCID record, acting as a delegate or proxy for managing your account. Other ORCID users can grant permission for you to update their records. A trusted individual doesn't need to be another researcher, but must have an ORCID.
The short answer is "Yes". However, you shouldn't need to manually add your CSIRO works. Your works in RPR or DAP will be automatically sent to your ORCID record provided you have given CSIRO permission to do this on your behalf.
For non-CSIRO works, simply log in and click the Add Work Manually button in the Works section of your ORCID record. This will display a template for you to enter citation information and set access controls on this item.
Yes. There are a number of ways that research outputs data can be added to the RMS ‘Person Profile’. One of the preferred methods is to link an RMS account with an ORCID account and import the research outputs from the Works section of the user’s ORCID record.
The RMS Auto-population of Research Outputs FAQ may provide further useful information: https://www.arc.gov.au/grants/rms-information/faqs-rms-auto-population-research-outputs.

If you can't remember whether you have already registered, look yourself up using the Search bar at the top of the ORCID homepage.
If you try to register twice with the same email address, ORCID will ask you to log in rather than register. However if you register with a different email address, ORCID will assume you are a different person.
ORCID sends three types of notifications:
You choose how frequently you receive notifications from ORCID when you register your ORCID iD.
You can also change how frequently you receive notifications from ORCID in your account settings.
You may close your ORCID account at any time by deactivating your record. When you deactivate your ORCID account, all information on the account will will be deleted.
Accidentally registered multiple ORCID records? Do not deactivate your account -- use the duplicate record removal process to merge the accounts instead.
One of the advantages of ORCID is you keep the same ID throughout your career, wherever you work. We would recommend you update affiliation information as appropriate and, if your new institution has such a service, consider linking it with them.
You have full control over your ORCID account, what it contains and what is visible.
Researcher privacy is a fundamental principle of the ORCID organisation. Information in your record can be marked for everyone, available to a trusted party or to you only. Find out more about visibility preferences and ORCIDs privacy policy. Make sure that CSIRO is set as a trusted organisation so that CSIRO can keep updating your ORCID.
Once you have registered, the minimum information visible will be your name and your ORCID. However you can choose to make more information visible, such as your publications, education and employment history.
If you have given CSIRO permission during the Connect process, your records in CSIRO Reseach Publications Repository and Data Access Portal will be sent to your ORCID automatically.
ORCID also includes a number of link wizards to help you add content from different resources: Add works>Search & link ...
If you are a Google Scholar user, your works can be added to your ORCID record using BibTex:
https://support.orcid.org/hc/en-us/articles/360006894794-Importing-works-from-a-BibTeX-file.
You can include the same record from multiple sources: the works are linked by identifiers, for example by DOI, and the display shows the multiple records nested together:
When there is an incomplete address (work location) in SAP (i.e. missing either City or Country) the system defaults to Canberra, AU. To rectify this, you can notify HR and have them update SAP with your correct work location/address. Once the change in SAP has occurred, remove the incorrect affiliation from your ORCID record and re-do the Register and Connect process.
